Volume 2: Natural Creativity

December 2025

Natural Creativity and the Renewal of the Human Psyche

Volume 2 explores the central role of natural creativity in emotional regulation, psychological flexibility, and the reawakening of human inner strength. Building on the seven foundational pillars introduced in Volume 1, this issue presents a deeper understanding of creativity not as talent, but as a biological-emotional function essential for well-being.

Across five core articles, this volume demonstrates that:

  • The creative drive is an innate human instinct, necessary for vitality, meaning, and growth.

  • Natural creativity functions as an internal emotional regulation system, enabling transformation, movement, and renewal.

  • Creativity anxiety is a major, previously unrecognized barrier to emotional freedom and psychological expansion.

  • Obsessiveness can be understood as evidence of blocked creative flow rather than a pathology to eliminate.

  • Self-potency—the inner sense of “I can” and “I will find my way,” emerges directly from lived experiences of intuitive creative action.

Volume 2 positions natural creativity as a cornerstone of emotional health. When creativity flows, the psyche expands; when it is suppressed, inner life contracts. Through the psycho-creative lens, healing becomes a process of releasing creative movement back into the self and restoring the individual’s ability to respond, adapt, shape, and transform.

This issue invites readers into a new psychological paradigm—one in which creativity is not optional, but fundamental to being fully human.
